Manage order fulfillment and delivery

Dispatch Overview

Move online orders from processing to delivered in a dedicated dispatch view. Each order shows the customer, address, payment status and product status, with one-click actions to advance it. For courier deliveries, send orders directly to Pathao, RedX or Steadfast and track them from the orders list.

Add-on Required

Courier dispatch requires a purchased courier add-on (Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX) with your credentials configured.
