Terms of Service

By accessing or using Selkro (the "Service"), including our POS dashboard, online storefront, and all related tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Selkro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business. You may not reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Storing or distributing prohibited or illegal goods
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumventing usage limits or security features
• Misrepresenting your business identity to customers

Selkro offers a free plan and optional paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the price displayed at checkout. All prices are in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

You authorize Selkro to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we may retry, notify you, or suspend your account after a reasonable grace period.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued for paid subscription periods, whether or not the Service was used during that period. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account will revert to the free plan. You will not be charged for the next cycle after cancellation.

Selkro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Selkro, including your product catalog, inventory records, customer profiles, transaction history, and store settings.

By using the Service, you grant Selkro a limited license to process, store, and display this data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Selkro does not sell, share, or use your business data for advertising or profiling purposes.

If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

When you use the POS dashboard, your product and inventory data is stored on Selkro's secure cloud servers and synced in real time across your devices.

When you publish an online storefront, product data, images, and pricing are served to your customers through Selkro's infrastructure. You control what is visible to the public.

When you connect third-party services (payment gateways, couriers, or marketplaces), transaction and order data is shared with those services solely to fulfill the requested action (e.g., processing a payment or generating a shipment).

All content and software in the Service belongs to Selkro. Your business data belongs to you. Selkro may use anonymized and aggregated data (which cannot identify you or your customers) to improve its products.

Selkro strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime. Selkro is not liable for any loss of business resulting from service interruptions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SELKRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SELKRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Selkro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service connects to third-party payment processors, couriers, and marketplaces. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Selkro is not responsible for the actions of third-party providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Selkro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
